I live in tennesse, and my fiance is pregnant. The prob the benifits she recives at work are takeing care of the cost of the pregancy mostly, a little bit is coming out of pocket. The company she is working for is downsizing drasticlly and she is in risk of loseing her job and her benifits because of this? They are Giving a severance package to all employees that are being terminated, but the package will fall drasticlly short if she is terminated. Can they terminate her while being pregnant and cut her benifits?

As long as the reason she is being terminated isn't her pregnancy, yes she can be downsized just like anyone else. Being pregnant does not mean you are exempt from the realities of the workplace.
