My husband was given termination papers on a Friday, telling him to turn in all of his work stuff on the following Monday at 10am. He did as he was told. He was fired due to misconduct, for reasons that I believe can be proved untrue. He tried to explain himself to his former employers at the time that he was given termination papers.
Anyhow, he went and turned in his work stuff on the following Monday but the employers have reported that he voluntarily left and was given his job back after they terminated him.
His appeal for denial of claims is next week. What can we do?
