Is there anyway to get partial unemplyoment while being a full time student in college while working a part time job that offers less than 20 hours per week? I've worked 3 jobs prior to this one and with my school schedule i'm unable to work for most of the day time hours and some nights, my weekends are the only availablity i have and most often my job won't schedule me on hours. But mainly is there any way to claim partial unemplyment as a full time student?

Probably not.

To collect unemployment, you have to be able to work and looking for work.
