For those of you in NJ who aren't aware, it looks like we will soon have paid family leave.

Join our friends on the opposite coast. ;) At least it's employee funded.

Yeah, as an employee I'm kind of pissed that I'll have money deducted from my check for something I will never use. Wish we could opt out. Then If I ever really did need the paid leave, I'd be S.O.L., but that would be my own problem. Besides, we already have paid temporary disability!
