Had a manager tell me that in Utah hospitals have to pay nurses OT after 12 hours in a 24 hour period. Can't find this anywhere. I thought it was after 80 because we make more than 1 1/2 times the minimum wage. This would be a nice thing for the staff, but as of yet (2 years with this company) haven't noticed it on a check. Who is right?
