View Full Version : Do I need to pay back an overpayment New York

JakeSivan 02-21-2008, 12:31 PM My employer claims that they overpayed me $25,000 back in 2005. They are now trying to reclaim the gross amount. I never noticed the alleged overpayment and have already paid taxes on that amount. What does the law of NYS say are my options?
