I am in a Co-Sourced Position with a large industrial plant. I have been having issues with the new plant supervisor that I report to. I was wondering if there is a website or resource to find out if they are breaking some kind of Co-sourcing laws/rules with the different things they have been doing with me and my employment. I have had several people with this company that have told me this company has had several law suits dealing with co-sourcing violations. But I can't get any details as to what they are doing against the law. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Your question is too broad to provide you with any specific sites. There are probably hundreds of web sites out there but before anyone could guide you to the appropriate ones, you'll need to give us some idea of what laws you think are being violated.

Although I have 30 plus years experience, I will readily admit that I don't know all there is.
What is co-sourced?
I think the poster is referring to co-employment.

I think the poster is referring to co-employment.
If I had been required to guess, that would have been it.
I can address co-employment issues for weeks at a time.:D

I will wait on the OP to explain the circumstances of his employment and what happened.

Well for starters. I was orginally hired to support a new project that was orginally scheduled for 6 months. Due to a change in supervision my contract was extended for another 6 months and additional duties were added. Again there was a change in supervision and another extension to my contract. As of present I have been here for 2 years. My new boss (a plant employee) has already verbally threated me with my position. She has now required me to travel to another site to help support it. She refuses to help train me on these duties stating that I need to figure it out for myself. Which I think in a way is a safety issue due to the fact it is a chemcial plant. She has required me to follow several "employee policies" such as changing my lunch time to that of employees. Requiring me to also train an employee who is from another contract company at a different location on how to do his job at that location. I have requested from my supervisor and her management for a new job description, at which point I was told there was no job description for my job now. I was told by her management that I need to convince my supervisor that I want to work for her, that they know she has done some things wrong with being a manager but that she is new and it is my job to improve our relationship. My paycheck is delayed because she refuses to sign off on my time, which causes it to be processed automatically delaying it by 3 to 4 days. All these conversations and emails have happen directly with me with no contact with my company rep. I know some of this may seem petty but there is just too much to list. I have basically no recourse because my company rep has the contract with the chemical plant so they are looking out for their own interest. I have a medical condition that flares up with stressed and I have been pretty stressed lately. I recently schedule 2 doctors appointments (scheduled about a month before the appointment) notified her I would be off and she rejected them. Saying I need to be here. With no explaination. Could really use some HELP!!!
Thanks

Bad management is not illegal. Nothing else in your post screams of illegality.
Your boss does not have to let you go to doctor's appointments on company time.
The time card sign off smells a little, but I will have to research that a bit.
