I know you can be arrested for disordinary conduct but I m not sure how and in what situations. For example, by saying **** you or using other proffanity to a police officer can the officer arrest you? Is that a freedom of speech or insult? How many times do you have to insult the officer to be arrested? please explain if anyone knows. Thanks!
