I work for an individual who only has 3 employees so we do not fall under FMLA. What rights do I have for maternity leave in TX? I'm afraid that it is only my 2 weeks paid vacation.

Texas does not have any state mandated maternity leave. So you are only entitled to whatever maternity leave your employer is willing to provide you.
