Oh boy. I'll give this one a try.

Cursing you out and calling you an f-ing nightmare is unprofessional, but not illegal. Calling your mom and saying nasty things to her is also unprofessional but not illegal. Frankly I don't know how this person stays in his position if he actually behaves this way, but it's not against the law.

There may be a problem with calling you a "dumba$$ retard" if you actually have a developmental disorder, or if he regards you as having such a disorder. But there isn't enough information here to make any kind of call.
Asking if you are taking your medicine would also fall into this category, if he is regarding you as a person with a mental illness.

More info need to be furnished if you want the others here with more employment law expertise to respond to you. What kind of work did you do? How long were you employed? If you have several conditions that might be disabling, did you even tell your employer? What led to your being terminated? Was there one incident or argument that spawned all of this?

Your personal history of trauma is not relevant to your questions about your employer, though I understand how these things seem all connected from your point of view. But if you leave stuff like that out, it would help people get to your specific questions.

I'm not a pay expert, but it seems like if you were fired on 1/28 and got your last check today, 2/4, that there is no problem with that legally. It's actually pretty quick, even with that re-routing problem. I don't see anything illegal in this, unless Louisiana has some weird laws on this topic.

For your benefit, you might consider breaking up your post into paragraphs and making it easier to follow; maybe some punctuation would help.
