If you have adjudication withheld after serving PB for 2 years for a 3rd Degree Felony of Grand Theft and your dispostion if "Closed", what jobs are you not able to obtain in Florida? I'm guessing Law Enforcement is out, but what about other state jobs?

My current company did background check and only the arrest showed up. The offense happened in 91.
