Situation: H1B was approved in Oct, 2007 with Company A. Did not get a chance to stamp the H1B yet and had last entered on a F1 Visa. So there is F1 Visa stamped on passport.
Want to travel out of US for H1B stamping after resigning from Comp. A and before joining Company B but having H1B approval from Company B.

Question: Is it possible to travel out of the country for stamping, after H1B transfer approval with company B and then come back and join the company B after a month. Resignation with company A would have been filed before leaving US and there would be no pay during this one month duration from either Company B/A. However, Company B H1B transfer approval and offer letter would be available.
