In my custody case I have shown the judge where the respodant has willingly and knowingly perjured herself in his court but he does nothing. From what I have read this can be either a class 4 felony and or a class six...... what does it take to get this enforced ???????? the jUDGE JUST DOSN'T SEEM TO CARE AND THE LAST TIME IT WAS DRUG AND ALCHOL RELATED. wHERE DO i go what can I do ???????????
