If you work on a Sunday in MA, I knwo you get OT, but what if you then work over 32 hour the rest of the week, is anything after the 32 hours OT or do you have to have 40 MORE hours

Example:
Work Sunday 8 hours (all time and 1/2)
Work M-F 8 hours

Do you get any additional time at time and 1/2?

Hope that makes sense

Thanks

No, you don't. Each hour needs only be counted once. Since you worked 48 hours and the 8 hours on Sunday is already time-and-a-half, that is all that is necessary.

In what industry do you work? The overtime-on-Sunday law in MA does not apply to all employees.
