looking for laws on overtime for salary people.Im a forman of a company that has three formans,a service manager. We are mandated to clock in &out at the end of the day .I work a average of 9-10 hours a day sometimes more.
Dont get paid any overtime we got personal days off before to kinda offset the time but know the whole company gets them too no benifets now.
Question now during the hoildays the desided to shut down for mon-tues for both christmas& New Years without paying full 40 hrs a week is that right!

"Salary" is just a payment method. Are you salaried exempt or salaried non-exempt? It makes a difference to the answer.
