My employer has decided to raise my premium for my co-payment for health insurance because I went from 5 days to working only four days. I still am working more than 20 hours per week. Can they do this?

The state website is currently down and my summary sheet does not address this question, so this will be a soft answer for now.

While Hawaii requires that full time employees, and you still qualify under their definition, be provided with health insurance, I do not remember anything in the law that prohibits them from increasing your portion of the premium.
