me and my ex have joint custody of our children. they stay 3days with me then four with dad, then 4 with me and 3 with dad. our youngest son is adhd and in kindergaurden. His dad is not doing homwork at all, he goes to school very tired because he doesnt get to bed till 10, 11pm amung other things. The dr, teacher, and daycare are not found of this living arangement as neither am I. My son needs consistancy and routines and his father isn't holding up to his parental responcibilities. I am not saying he is a bad dad, but My son is not getting better and I wish to change the visitation schedule so I can have him dureing the school year and father have him when he's not in school. I know I need to go to court for this, but can I do this without hiring a lawyer? Everyone is behind me and see's that this is not good for my son. I financially cant afford to pay a lawyer, but I feel like I have a strong enough case to back me if I chose to represent myself. Not sure what to do here, but my son is definitly suffering.
