Is it mandatory for an employer to provide a paystub? Is there a time frame stating when we should have this? I was paid direct deposit on Fri. Dec. 14, but never received my pay stub. I then contacted the office manager on the following Fri. Dec. 21 informing her of this. She then stated she would have it sent out via overnight mail. I asked her why I had not been provided to me and she became irritated and told me that she didn't understand what the problem was and that I would have it the very next day. Can anyone help?

Yes, there is, at the time the wages are paid. See Section 226(a) here:

Do you normally get your direct deposit advice on payday? Or are you remotely located and it is mailed?
