Hello, I work as a Dispatcher in CA,
This company hired us at $9.00 starting, reguardless of experience. This company has the same position in kansas City, their employee's starting rate is $10.00 per hour. Also there 3rd shift employee's are given a 50 cent differential pay. If both Locations have the same work responsibilities, Same Title, same job detail, Same working conditions, Everything is the same, except we are in CA and they are in KS, are we entitled to have the same Starting rate, or MORE given the fact that our Cost of living is More.
When we asked once, it was just said that we are on some contract, and that was the end of it.
