I'm renting a manufactured home and been late on rent, because I am unemployed and waiting on a hearing with unemployment. The guy that owns this place sent us a letter saying that if we don't pay him 2 months rent by yesterday he will assume we will move within 30 days or file for eviction in january. He emails me tonight saying he will be showing the house tomorrow afternoon, nice notice. Is this legal? In the texas property code I found that he needs written consent from me in order to do this. Is this correct?
