Does anyone know if you can ever get your parental rights back if you gave them away?

Please explain the situation.

Were the parental rights terminated by court order?

What was the reason rights were given up?

Did a legal adoption take place after rights were leaglly terminated?

What relationship has the former parent had with the child from the time of termination until now?

It's really a long horriable story but my x husband molested my oldest daughter while i was going through back surgurys my x's uncle is in congress and played golf with my judge so I never stood a chance he plead guilty and got 6 months work release and I gave up my rights. His parents got custody of my younger two and my mother got my older two. I thought that with my health and everything that it would be better that they lived with them. however I was very wrong and I want my kids back sooo bad and I just don't know where to start. I now know how much I was lied to and how bad of a decision that was. I would love any help I can get so thank you if you can.
