I'm Egyptian student studying at The USA under "J1" visa valid for one year at Illinois state.


I have heard about law for Alaska State for allowing immigration to it easier than other states. My questions are:

1-what is this law exactly?
2-what should I do if I want to immigrate to Alaska?
