I need help from SOMEONE please...I am in a lease with a roomate. we are both on the lease...the lease ends 12/2008...yes we just began...but it's horrable and i don't feel safe there. she goes through my things ALL the time, harrasses me, does all kinds of drugs, parties 24/7. One of her friends already broke into our home....I am fearful there...i told the complex this...they said i MIGHT be able to get out if i file a police report and get a restraining order against her...but i'm fearful of retaliation. i've spoken with everyone, and noone has been able to help me...i'm moving out regardless if my names comes off the lease...but i don't want to be held responsable for the things that go on there...i don't drink, smoke, anything. I have a career that is too importatnt to me...ANY help or suggesstions are appreciated...i'm loosing time....

Unless the Landlord allows you to break lease you will be repsonsible for rent and landlord can sue you for any unpaid rent throughout the duration of lease or until replacement tenant can be found
