We have an employee who is pregant and still on her 90 days and she is with a temp angecny we use and wanting to know how we can let her go, with out any legal hassales can we or not. She is a good worker, plus if we keep her on she will be out again for maternity leave and have to bring in anohter person for temp not including already she is taking time ofr docotors appts, she is still with the temp compnay we use she is not with our compnay per say yet.

what can we do please advise

You cannot fire her because she is pregnant.

However, when she does leave she will not be protected under FMLA. Therefore, as long as you give her as much time off as a person not pregnant but out for another medical issue, you can use your own judgement about whether to keep her on.

Having said that, be careful here of the message you are sending.
