i just got married to a philippino woman in the philippines, upon comming back home my family disowned me so i had to find another place to live. a friend let me live with him for 2 months. no agreement, no paperwork nothing. while living there he ended up getting alot of my posessions from my family. during the stay i found a job making anywhere from 375 dollars to 590 dollars. they were in need of help at this time so i gave what i could. 275 the first week of my job, 390 on the second, 575 on the third, 250 the 4th and 100 on the 5th.
during this time the child that was my friends went to the hospital they asked me if they could borrow my sony handycam, in the three weeks after the child came home i asked numerous times where it was they claimed they did not know, one day i went to check why i had no internet i saw a drawer opened and inside layed my handycam, they claimed it was their way of protecting them from getting "screwed."
one week after my seasonal job ended they stood out of eye sight and listened to me complaining to my wife of the robbery my friend is doing to me. that was the night they kicked me out claiming they were only going to give me 10 more days. but when i had a friend call them and ask if i can come back untill i get me a place they told him no. i ended up getting frostbite around my ankles because of the snow and cold weather. now i have been trying to get my personal property and they claim i dont have anything there thats mine. they claim to have a no trespassing order on me and supposedly they reported harrassment from me. what must i do to get my property back or can i?

I don't know what this has to do with your marriage.

You go to small claims court and file for the return of your items.

I recommend doing it quickly before they end up on eBay.
