Does anyone know if it is legal to post about a bad tenant and list their name etc to help prevent other landlords from stupidly renting to them? I have seen tons of sites where you can list them but Ive also seen a site where it mentioned tenants could sue the landlord for this.

any imput? If so I have one of the worst tenants that Id happily help others avoid.
