Typically, no. Some states do have a very small allowance for other children, but that usually relates to decreasing CS by maybe $3 or $4 per month. So, either way, it's nothing to worry about.

I certainly wouldn't be having any children with a guy who wasn't supporting the ones he's already got!!

My ex owes $10,000 to me and he also had another child after he wasn't supporting ours, now she will also be filing for CS this year. I don't think either of us will ever see a penny.
