I was fired on Friday and I am still having trouble recieving my paycheck...In WV there is a 72 max wait period according to local labor laws...who should I get in contact with to make a complaint??

It would be the state Dept. of Labor.

However, what does the company say? It's very likely that, with the weekend, the check might be delayed a day or two. Practically speaking, by the time you get your claim filed and it works its way through the DOL hierarchy, you may have it by then.
