I work for a collection agency I get my regular salary and a monthly bonus if I perform at high standards. Last month I earned a well amount bonus and this month I got written up and my boss told me that for the month of nov I am not eligible to receive any bonus. Now my oct bonus would be received in nov so accordingly to my boss I just lost my bonus. Now my question is can a take money that I've already earned just because of a write up and it's their policy or do they owe me my money for oct? Thanks in advance

Hard to say. Bonus payments can legally be considered earned wages that must be paid, or they can be legally considered to be at the descretion of the employer. I have worked for employers who used both types of bonus payments at the same time. I have not read what ever bonus agreements you have (if any) and I have no familarity with AZ law and have no idea just where AZ draws the line on this. You could try filing a wage claim with AZ DOL. It might work. It might not. But if you are looking for a "one size fits all" answer on bonus payments, no such answer exists.
