i work in a place where perdomentally hispanic pepole work , and the language is spanish well 99 percent speak nothing but spanish , , i dont speak spanish and the place new this before hiring me , yet still hired me , anyway , senc ei hav ebeen theere we have had safty test where we read the safty info then ranswer the questions ,, each time i have recieved them in spanish , i hav eonly recieved one in english when i have asked for it the otthers were in spansh adn when i asked for one in english they told me to just copy the right ansers in spamish , is this right > the otheeer thing in the morning before we do anything at work w ehav elil meetings s, i attend but do not under stand , and the supervisors dont repeeeaat them to me or to the otheer non spansh speakers , is this right shouldnt theey accomadaaaaaaaaaae all , , when i ask the girls at work who can speak a lil english they saay same stuff diffrent day , i have also noticed that the califor labor law poster is in all spansh , shouldnt all emplyers hav eone posted in both languages for all to read
