Does anybody know what the law is in Puerto Rico in Child Support Garnishment is? For example Louisianna is a non garnishment wage state therefore, you cannot garnish wages. I am moving from California to Puerto Rico. I am not delinquent on my payments but my ex is pretty money hungry and vindictive so I want to prepare myself for the the unknown.:confused:
