I signed a lease at an apt. because I was mad at my wife and wanted to move out. That evening I realized I made a mistake. I gave a notarized notice to the apt.mgr. the next day saying I wanted to cancel my lease. Am I liable for this lease? If so, is there ANY way I can get out of it? (I know. It was a stupid thing to do)

You are bound by the terms of the lease. Its not likely you can get out of this without paying at least several months rent
