I am a landlord of a couple single family homes. Recently, and illegal immigrant was interested in renting our property. What is our legal responsibility regarding this? Are we required to only rent to citizens, or legal immigrants?

We haven't made a decision on this, as we don't know what our legal risks are (we know the financial risks, though).
