I have parents that have rental property. The renter has not paid rent and has filed bankruptcy. This is placing a financial hardship on them as they still have to make the mortgage payments and they are retired. The attorney wanted approx $1000 to file the motion for relief of stay and it could still take up to 30 days to get them moved. Does anyone have any suggestions or a sample form that they could file the motion themselves without the attorney?? Or any other loophole to get the renter removed from the property?? Thanks for any info... Bonnie
