Hi I work in a group home for the mentally disabled. The company says that due to recent company expenses they need to reduced employees pay. I make $14.00 per hour and starting this month I will be making $12.00 per hour. Is this legal?

Yes, as long as you make at least min. wage. Usually the employer has to notify you ahead of time which it seems they did.
