I have a 2 room mate who's renting 2 room in my house. Both are brother and sister. The brother lived with me for over a year. Then the sister wanted to rent another room from me. I then agreed to let her rent a room from me. She been renting the room for about 3 months. Currently she is not getting along with my family and me. The brother is always on the sister side even though he didn't see what happen and that it's her fault. Example, is she took the ice from "our" fridge without asking. My mom ask her to refill the ice tray so she can have ice to use when she needs it. She goes and tell her brother that my mom didn't let her use it. Then he goes and argue with my mom. It's a couple of other issue that's similiar. I gave her a written notice that they both have to move out end of the month (Oct). What if they don't move out? What recourse do I have? Thank You in advance.
