Hi all,

Today will be the sixth day of the month of October with no hot water. In the lease it is mentioned that even if the landlord does not provide us with hot and cold water and heat, it is not a reason for not paying the rent unless said by the law.

We were wondering if we had any right, and if we should contact our lawyer for that, because our rent is really expensive and it is a shame not having hot water for 20% of the month.

Thanks very much for your help.

I agree, they will have a chuckle over that clause. :D
