i received possession of property in court july 7, 2007. on my form it says i have up to 180 days to file writ of possession. my judgement is for past rent, lease violation and end of term. if i allowed the tenant remained in the property and has paid rent but is still past due can i still file my writ of possession because i have up to 180 days?
