I have a question that is it possible to transfer Title and Interest in PA and not invoking PA Laws but only federal laws?

I remember that the real estate is invoking the law where the property locates.

Why do you want to circumvent the law?

I can think of one way: Be delinquent on your federal taxes, so that the property is seized and sold. But I don't think that's what you were thinking of.
