Hello I did not get my fmla paperwok in time to fill out.The reason is my job has the wrong address and wrong name. I still have 15 days to write in for a admin review. Please tell me what I need to state in the admin reiew and do I have a leg to stand on

You might have a leg to stand on IF you had already advised your employer of your new address.

I must admit, however, that at my previous employer, when I first got there was no integrated database for HR and for payroll, nor any interface between the two. I had been at my new address for nearly 9 months before I found out the two systems (what there were of them) did not talk to each other and I ended up having to submit four different change of address notifications in total. :mad:

Yes I got married also did not know of the database. However I did just find out abt it so I went to database to update my info but I got a error message made copies also. So I told my boss and now I have to call some where to update info

Can't hurt to try. Or, could someone go into the office and pick it up for you, if you aren't able to do so?
