Every now and then we get a post here about "Should I become a Realtor?"
We also get people posting about "this being a terrible time to get into real estate". I may just be an oddity or a fluke but I'm here to tell you anything is possible. I've been at this for just about two years and am making more money than I ever imagined. If you are willing to put in the time you can still make more money than you can with any other "three month diploma" career I know of. Quite honestly you can make more than average doctors and lawyers.
Hard work and a little creativity can still pay off big time.

It is about the brave Sir Cyjeff and the evil spamming slimbag dragon.

Once upon a time, brave knight Sir Cyjeff and his band of merry persons indistinguished by sex, race or national origin and in full compliance of public policy, went out into the forest in search of adventure.

There, they encountered a piece of poop. Upon looking more closely, they discovered it was a spammer instead that had assumed the look of poop out of a sense of professional courtesy.
