I am new to this so I hope I state my question clearly. My wife held a full time job(5 days per week) and a part time job(3 days per week) at the same time. The full time job was eliminated when the office closed. Can she collect unemployment even though she is still working 3 days per week at the part time job? Can she at least collect for the two days per week of no employment?

Have you contacted unemployment with this question? Or, at least reviewed their website?

The website does not address our specific situation and no I have not yet contacted by phone, I just thought maybe someone had been through our situation before and could shed some practical light on it. Thanks for replying.

Since she was a full time employee, she would be entitled to unemployment for the days she is not working.
