im working as a private caregiver... im working 24 hours and getting paid $120 a day.... and most of the time we would have extra 5 hours or more and they wont pay for that.... is 120/ day pay legal too?

what type of private care are you providing for your employer?

And, are you working through an agency or as an independent contractor?

BTW, I read that the DOL had just confirmed its stance regarding this exception. Apparently, there were some claims and they were denied.
