If an employee works and lives in AZ and has an employment contract stating Texas law is governing, is Texas law actually the governing law?
In California, for example, it does not matter what the contract states, California laws apply to labor issues, including areas of non-competition and non-solicitation.
I am wondering if AZ is similar to CA.
