Im sorry I was not able to respond to all of you who posted on my previous thread, and the moderator was right for shutting it down.. It turned into a free for all which had nothing to do with my original post!

The company I worked for has about 50 employees. I quit because I just could not stand to work for people like that any longer. Nor did I care to be their "manager" any longer either. I have a new job and I told them about my pregnancy before they hired me, they are prepared to deal with my pregnancy.. They also allowed me to hire the girl the last employer made me fire. So now both our pregnant butts are employed by a decent and law abiding company!

We are both seeing an attorney, the same one in fact- Thank you all for your help in answering my questions, it is greatly appriciated!

I quit prior to seeking counsel, but we do have an attorney representing the both of us.

OY VAY! You may be out of the workforce for the next 7 years, chasing rascals. BnThrDnTht is correct it takes guts to stand up for your rights at work. Employers don't change policy without a little bit of puuush.
