i am a 100% commissioned sales employee who makes a residual income from previously brought in clients. I am pregnant, and feel that i should be able to take FMLA and still collect all of my previously earned monthly commissions during my time off for child birth.
Are there any laws concerning commissioned employees being paid out earned commissions during temp leave? do i file for temp disability or fmla?
