Do I qualify for unemployment in Illinois while on maternity leave if I am unfit to return to work? I have already been denied the disability I applied for before I was pregnant because they did not finish my application process for so long (applied Nov 2006, pregnant Jan 2007, denied March 2007). Need to know if I am going to be homeless because of this....:confused:
