HELP, quickly, does anyone know of any court cases in Washington state wherein interest and back interest was awarded, and if so, was it compound or simple...I figured out how to do each kind, but I need to know which one is the one WA state does...How do I find this out? I am going to court on the 22nd, and I am representing myself....Obviously, I am liking compounded a whole lot more!

Okay, how about this, when they apply the payments, can they apply to whatever they want to first, ie, can they apply the payment to the interest part only, until that is paid off, then the principle?
