hi i dont rem if you rem me i have four sons i have had primary custody of since march of 1997 i filed in jan of 97 got full he got parital.
i was only getting 50 awk for four boys cause when he left he said he would give up his rights i didnt want the boys to blame me .for their father not being involved in their lives .
well it was court order he got them everyother weekend wednesdays from 6pm to 10 pm he dropped his wednesdays and said it was too much for him t0 handle and from 9 to 3pm on christmas,easter,thanksgiving .
this went on for 10 yrs with him only seein his boys everyother weekend i would give him sch. for sports he came when he wanted which wasnt much at all ..i would call him to ask him for help with rides to activities for the boys he always had other plans
well april 25 2006 my youngest was hurt by his father so he stopped going to see him i reported it to the docs,guidance counselors,women in crisis so i did report it i was still afraid of my x he was abusive i have no police records of it i was a dumb a## for not callin but i was scared ,i was also scared that day now i am not he ever hurts anyone else i will put him in jail i am no longer afraid.
well to the point here ok when he hurt his son he didnt go all my sons see what he did so did two of my neighbors and my sons friends ,so i have witnesses to what happened,ok well my two youngest sons didnt want nothin to do with him for 3 months so he stopped support so i finally sued for full support after 10 1/2 yrs of 50 awk that didnt even take care of their snacks you know what i mean ,,when he stopped paying i was like fine i dont want his 50 awk my sons said mom we do i was like yes you boys do need it so i went up and sued him for full support then he sued me for full custody.
so we went for a mediation hearin we were both ordered to pay 1050 i paid within 20 days he didnt he was held in contempt then he asked the judge for 6 months my attorney agreed and said let him ask for more time ..i didnt want it i wanted it over with ,but whatever.
so april of this yr 07 he finally paid now we go for a home eval were we go to the shrinks office talk and take a test .
do i need to take any papers or save them for court ?
