Recently one of my employees was approached by another about her tattoos. "Kim" was told that the Bible says we are not to get tattoos and that she would write down the scripture that this came from. She then brought "Kim" a list of scriptures and told her to read them when she got the time. Only one had a mild reference to tattooing as part of a mourning ritual. The rest made references to turning your daughter into a harlot, cutting off of hands and heads, etc. I believe this is harassment and think Kim should file a grievance. Kim says she doesn't want to "stoop" to that level. Are there any laws that apply to this?

If Kim doesn't consider it harrassment, then........?
Did you witness this?

Q: Are there any laws that apply to this?
A: No. It is still legal to talk to other people.
